This modern Roomy Sunroom by SCHILDR was designed and custom-built for a private residence in New Jersey.
Every structural detail—from the powder-coated aluminum frame to the insulated, full-height sliding glass panels—was tailored to the homeowner’s exact outdoor space and lifestyle. The clean, gable-roof architecture floods the interior with natural light while providing year-round comfort and energy efficiency.
From concept to completion, the SCHILDR team managed site-specific engineering, precision fabrication, and professional installation, ensuring seamless integration with the existing house. High-performance glazing, concealed drainage, and durable thermal breaks make the space ideal for four-season use—perfect for dining, entertaining, or simply relaxing close to nature.
