This project was initially planned as a simple covered outdoor space. However, after detailed discussions and technical consultations with the client, it became clear that a more advanced and long-term solution was needed. As a result, the client chose the Roomy Sunroom system — delivering both functionality and architectural value.Throughout the process, we carefully optimized the structure, glass configurations, and usability of the space. Special attention was given to the roof system, large glass openings, and the integration of the existing fireplace, creating a seamless balance between aesthetics and performance.The layout and dimensions were engineered to maximize space efficiency, incorporating lift & slide glass systems, fixed panoramic panels, and a reinforced aluminum structure. This ensured both structural durability and uninterrupted outdoor views.The final result transformed the outdoor area into a fully enclosed, insulated all-season living space — designed for comfort, natural light, and year-round usability. Beyond functionality, the project significantly enhances the overall architectural appeal and property value.
